Owned & Operated by Marcus & Jessa Myer
Marcus and Jessa have been married for 13 years and have 3 amazing boys. They are both bi-vocational ministers at Delta Church of Marble Falls. Marcus serves as an elder and teacher while Jessa serves as the worship leader. They love the Texas Hill Country and are proud to serve the people who live here. They enjoy working on home projects together, going on adventures with their boys, and homesteading on their little 5 acre farm.
Marcus and Jessa started Strive in the summer of 2019. Marcus has spent 10 years in the electrical industry under the training of Jessa's father, Boyd Gray (previous Gray Electric owner). Boyd now serves as the Master of record for Strive Electric while offering consulting and estimating services when needed. They strive to do all things for the glory of God and hopefully point people to the Light of Christ through the ways they conduct their business and interact with their customers.
We are thankful you're here, and we look forward to having the opportunity to serve you!
Our Mission
Striving for excellence in workmanship and customer satisfaction, all for the glory of God.
Our Small Business Model
We believe in the power of doing small things really well. Instead of going into massive debt to try to grow our business rapidly to the point of financial strain and irresponsibility, we have intentionally kept things smaller and more manageable. This means we actually have to turn away work at times to make sure that we are prioritizing the clients and projects we have at the time.
We are currently running 4 trucks and have 9 employees. Keeping our business small and largely debt free has allowed us to grow in a way that we believe honors the trade and ultimately honors the Lord. We care very much about the work that we do and want to keep that simple philosophy of care and good workmanship at the heart of our business decisions.

While we are ALWAYS accepting new work and giving estimates weekly, we will be honest and up front with you about realistic expectations regarding the timeline of your project.
